Microsoft Licensing

Due to the charitable status of KDE - there might be eligibility for Microsoft Windows licensing donations. This will help in terms of building CI and Build Servers for KDE for Windows packages.

There has been some investigation into this and so far there hasn't been much of a positive outcome.

This wiki page has been put in place to help with the sharing of ideas and understanding of how the donation system works, and how it might benefit KDE.
