Creating a new paragraph style definition

The user has a document that uses styles. Title and Heading 1 styles exist and both of these styles are defined so that there is a page break before the style. The user wants to make a style that has otherwise the same definitions as the Title style, all but following definitions:

Name: Section
Font size: 20 pt
Alignment: right
Numbering: starts from 1.
Next style: Heading 1

Adding and moving an image and view advanced placement

Being able to add an image and move it to a basic position. It should also be possible to load and view wrap and anchoring. However editing wrap and anchoring is not for Susan.
