prepare amaroK Wiki for version 1.4

Level 1

  • Mark articles as "TODO-1.4". This will be done by adding at the article's bottom and adding a special template as header {{TODO-1.4}}. This template will have a notification about reworking for 1.4 and asks for help, with link to #amarok.
    • Articles which aren't needed anymore get a {{Remove-1.4}} header and also

Level 2

Raw, first version, of content or drafts for important pages.

Level 3

Reworking starts in special pages if necessary.

Level 4

Whole wiki gets 1.4 content (special pages -> defaults)

Level 5

KDE l10n team gets informed so that they can translate "stable" versions for 1.4 if they want to.
