Readme

Please, take a moment to read these lines.

If you are chairing/recording/backup for a talk, please come to the Infodesk during the nearest break before your appointment (or first thing in the morning if you happen to volunteer before the first break). This will allow us to check for missing people and readjust efforts accordingly. Please, be there at least 5 minutes before if you happen to volunteer immediately after the break.

If you are enlisted for backup, please remember to watch the Telegram channel from time to time, especially during the first minutes of a shift change.

If you leave your post, please say so before, if it's urgent, tell us in a high priority channel (Telegram) so that other people can go there and cover for you while you're gone.

If you want to help to the earliest or latest tasks of the day (like cleaning up), but you don't have a means for coming/leaving, no problem! We can pick you up/give you a lift before/afterwards. If you say you need a lift here we can provide it more efficiently, so if you already know, please edit the wiki adding on the particular activity a <ref>Please, pick me up at XX</ref> so that we know in advance (the TSP is a harder problem when the salesman does not know where to go ;) ).


The timetable below is transcluded from several subpages. Thus, in order to add yourself to a slot, please edit the corresponding table by clicking the edit button of the corresponding headline. If you do not see that button, go to #Clarifications


2015-07-22 (Pre-event)

On the 22th, we will be in the venue from 11:30 to 14:30 and from 16:00 to 20:30, if you want to help us, please state the times at which you would like to be in the venue helping to prepare Akademy. Please note that in this case you might not choose the exact task you'll be doing, as it will depend of the progress of all the tasks.
