Special:Badtitle/NS90:Talk:Guidelines and HOWTOs/Write a version string/New format for versioning should be discussed

I see a new format of versioning which differs from what was used so far. Only the version number is required, with the exception of few repositories from applications which uses "x.y.z (KDE Applications some.thin.g)".
