[19:39:36] <aseigo> a) bug fixes not always made in one atomic commit; often, but not always (and with git i think that will only grow)
[19:39:57] <aseigo> b) sometimes we end up having to fix-the-fix, and then the commits that all belong together for a given fix get mashed together
