Open questions

Should this dialog even continue to exist?

TODO:

• No apparent way to remove individual channels from the history
  • KHistoryComboBox::removeFromHistory exists, but it doesn't seem to be wired to anything
  • Editing the RC manually is a terrible pain
• /join doesn't contribute or use the history from this dialog, they should probably be synced
• <fairc> yeah, its also "funny" that once you add a bookmark to a channel it disappears from the join dialog ...
