This page lists binary packages for various OS.

Note

These packages are not created by the KDE Release Team and we can not verify all packages are legit so proceed with the usual caution if you are installing packages from unknown or untrusted sources.


KDE SC 4.12.0

  • Chakra Linux (provides binary packages in the kde-unstable repository)
  • Gentoo provides ebuilds in portage
  • As usual, Eric Hameleers aka Alien BOB of the Slackware coreteam provides the bleeding edge of KDE. His KDE SC 4.12.0 packages are available for Slackware current (which is the development tree, but it will probably also work on Slackware 14.1). See his blog for more background and detail.
  • openSUSE Linux provides packages in the KR412 repository

  • noop linux has a live DVD with KDE SC 4.10.1. It is also available in the repository.
