Ideas for the Custom Header Configuration

The header configuration dialog presented in Laurent Montel's blog post may be confusing for users, as it shows to lists side by side (resembling the Two-Lists-Pattern known e.g. from Toolbar configuration), but only the list selected by the radio button above is actually used. Therefore I propose a different implementation: Have users select whether they want to use a white- or blacklist and then present only one list. This would also make the dialog simpler. And it should use the Administer Objects Pattern. Here is a mockup for what it might look like:
