I think it would be a nice idea to have a LiveCD or a virtual machine image to test upcoming releases without tampering stable installations. Such an image should contain debug symbols for meaningful stack traces upon crashes.

Unfortunately, "KDE Four Live" (http://home.kde.org/~kdelive/) isn't active any longer. Any alternatives?
