Plasma Bigscreen

In an awkward state right now; ported to Qt 6 but not released yet.

There seems to be some interest in people using it.

Packaging and distribution is a challenge; can't Flatpak it since it's a shell plugin. Snap might work though.

Packaged by PostmarketOS already, and they have an unstable channel image for it.

Conclusions:

Interested people use it PostmarketOS, work on it, and help to make a release
Think about how to get it into KDE Linux, perhaps as a Snap for now, and maybe a separate image in the future
