Goal

Workshops (previously also known as BoFs) give space in the program of Akademy for in-depth discussions, planning and problem solving. They are organized by the attendees themselves on a schedule that is open for session sign-up.

Needs

  • rooms of different sizes (see Venue)
  • wiki page for sign-up (incl. room sizes)
  • card with different roles and their description (facilitator, note taker, time keeper)

Additional details

  • there is a wrap-up session at the end of the workshop days where the results of each session are briefly summarized for people who could not attend them
