Excerpts from the laws on tobacco and alcohol consumption.
Tobacco
- Consumption of tobacco is forbidden for anyone below the age of 18 years.
- It is forbidden to smoke tobacco on the premises of catering facilities (including bars, pubs, et cetera), except in special smoking rooms.
- It is forbidden to smoke in public and semipublic toilets.
- It is forbidden to smoke in bus pavilions, travel terminals and public transport.
- While it is generally legal to smoke outdoors, please do not smoke directly in front of an entrance/exit to a catering facility, shop, et cetera.
Alcohol
- Consumption of alcohol is forbidden for anyone below the age of 18 years.
- Outdoors alcohol consumption is generally banned on public grounds.
