Plasma LTS

LTS is mostly a lie since we don't really test our backports and also there's no Frameworks or Gear LTS releases anyway.

Mostly used by Kubuntu.

Could move to a policy of backporting only security fixes, but also doing it to the last N versions, rather than just defined LTS versions

OR, we could just provide patches, and we do it for Plasma, Frameworks, and Gear.

Conclusion:

Cancel the Plasma LTS product/don't make a new LTS release
Message heavily to users of LTS distros that they need to reporting issues to their distro, not to us. Use https://kde.org/distributions for this!
Provide security *patches* for everything as needed
Provide 1 more more bugfix release starting in 6.3
Revisit 6 month release schedule at Akademy
