KWin
There has been a large rewrite of compositor frame rate handling. Is everything as smooth? If we're on Intel does `KWIN_USE_INTEL_SWAP_EVENT=0 kwin_x11 --replace` make things better or worse?
Effects
Plasma System Monitor
Plasma System Monitor is thew system monitoring for Plasma. It is included in 5.21 and will replace KSysGuard in 5.22. It fetches data from a new backend.
