Problem Statement

Tooltips look better than they did in former releases, still I think we can do them better.

Via KCM colors/global font settings etc.

app developers should have s way probably via css to interfere way the text is displayed in the tooltip

created some mock up of intended look and feel as a part of kmail small series of polishement fixes.
