A:
A: Not sure what you mean by 'pay as you go'. There are cards called prepaid.
So you pay in advance (something like 6 Euros) and you can call until the card is empty. Then you have to recharge (that's what you normally do) or buy a new card (might be an option for foreigners). I'm on the road now an short of battery. I'll add more details in a couple of hours.

Q: So I arrive at 16:45 in terminal 1. There will be a bus I can take to TOAS, which will cost €4,10. How do I buy a ticket? Can I do that in the bus itself?

A: If there is a bus #61, it will be good for going to TOAS house. The schedule is different for weekdays and weekends, you haven't mentioned what day you'll arrive.
