Usecases
We need to agree on the usecases we want to support in the future Mail application of PA. Feel free to add anything to "unclassified" that comes to your mind. We will discuss it on the mailing list and classify it.
Core
main usecases that are deserve a prominent place in the UI
- read up on new emails and decide what to do with them quickly
- read up on important emails and reply to them
- write new emails from scratch
- setup / configure account(s)
- PIM interatction (add to address book ; create event/task from mail)
- encrypt mail
- sign mail
Alternate
other usecases we want to enable
- find specific old mail to look up some information
- manage email (bookmark / move / tag )
Exotic
rare usecases that we might want to support if they don't interfere with the overall interaction design.

- multiple accounts
- import / export mail
- create + apply filters
