KDE-Telepathy's chat window supports Adium's messageStyle themes.
Installation
- download the desired theme from here
- extract the archive content to ~/.kde4/share/apps/ktelepathy/styles/
- select the desired theme from chat window's settings
Supported and Unsupported themes
Here is a list to keep track of the status of Adium themes on kde-telepathy's chat window.

- Platinum: Perfect
- Gold: Perfect but with some minor glitch
- Silver: Usable, but with some major display problem
- Bronze: Almost usable but with some major bug (messages/status not displayed, etc) or serious graphic bugs
- Rubbish: Unusable
