- Make an announcement in dot.kde.org with new features, bux fixes, etc

Packaging
- Create a tarball from the plasmate/x.x branch(see the development section)
- Update the plasmate/PACKAGERS
- plasmate/PACKAGERS should contain:

- and how to build plasmate by hand

- Follow the release process
- terietor will make a blog post series regarding the plasmate's features
