The quality of script is the key to this project.
Steps on how to make a SpokenTutorial
* submit a subject
** See Stage 0 Stage 1 and Stage 2 on http://spoken-tutorial.org/wiki/index.php/FOSS_Stages
* write the script
** See Stage 3 on http://spoken-tutorial.org/wiki/index.php/FOSS_Stages
* submit the script
* after approval do a 2 minutes screencast with RecordMyDesktop
* submit the 2 minutes screencast to get quality approval
* record the whole screencast
